Thank you for your interest in joining FAD Market's exhibition at City Point | BKLYN STUDIOS on October 21+22, 2017, from 11am to 6pm. We are extremely excited to be working with you.
Please kindly complete the form below so that we have all your information. We will use it to contact you, build an online profile as well as for press and marketing initiatives.
This application form also acts as an agreement and contract between you, the artist, and FAD Market that you will be participating at FAD Market on October 21 and 22, 2017.
FAD Market will send all the details including the gallery plan, load-in and load-out logistics as well as install/uninstall instructions two weeks prior to the opening. Installing artwork will take place on Friday, October 20 and uninstalling artwork will be after 6pm on Sunday, October 22. You will be responsible for installing and uninstalling your work/s, provide clamp lights if needed as well as insurance if you feel necessary. FAD Market will not be responsible if anything is damaged or stolen.
If a work sells during or in affiliation to your participate at FAD Market, FAD Market will charge 10% commission on sales to cover our administrative costs. FAD Market will be responsible for all sale transactions and reporting of sales tax during the scheduled market event.
If a work sells, the artist will work with FAD Market in arranging shipping, which the client will be responsible in paying unless noted by the artist.
