Thank you for joining Artsy x FAD Market Holiday Market on November 17, 2017, from 5.30pm to 8.30pm (the "Event"). We are extremely excited to be working with you.
Please kindly complete the form below so that we have all your information. We will use it to contact you and build a profile for marketing initiatives. Please ensure that all fields marked with an asterisk are completed. This form must be completed by October 23, 2017.
This application form also acts as an agreement and contract between you, the vendor, and FAD Market.
FAD Market will provide a 6' x 4' space, a 6' x 30" table and one chair for the Event. To participate in the Event, FAD Market will charge you, the vendor, a 10% commission on all sales. This will be based on an honor system. After the Event, FAD Market will send out a survey to collect information on your sales totals. We ask that you remit payment through Venmo, Paypal or Chase Quick Pay.
You, the vendor, will communicate directly with FAD Market only, and not through our client, Artsy. The terms of this contract are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third parties.
You, the vendor, agree to be in operation throughout the entire duration of the Event, and tear down may not commence until after the Event has concluded.
FAD Market, other participating vendors and Artsy may photograph or videotape your participation at the Event. You, the vendor, irrevocably give consent for such images and videos to be published for any and all purposes.
This agreement guarantees your participation in the Event and will be effective upon execution by both parties and will expire upon conclusion of the Event. In the event that you, the vendor, have occasion to terminate the agreement, FAD Market requires written notice of cancellation at least 30 business days prior to the Event. In the case of termination with less than 30 business days prior to the Event, there will be a penalty fee of $200.
FAD Market will send all the details including the floor plan, load-in and load-out logistics as well as set up and tear down instructions prior to the Event. You will be responsible for set up and tear down and ensuring that the venue and all fixtures are preserved in their original condition. FAD Market will not be responsible for any damages, loss or theft.
