FAD Market is back for its summer season at Downtown Brooklyn’s City Point. Come support small business and spend the weekend browsing the region’s best emerging designers, makers and artists. With over 50 vendors, you’ll find handcrafted goods including jewelry, apparel, bath and body care, tableware, home furnishings and more.
Home to the DeKalb Market Food Hall and Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, City Point is the perfect jumping off point for your Brooklyn summer day. Just make sure you come hungry so you can fill up at one of the Market Hall’s 40+ food vendors (we’re currently loving Colombian street by Arepa Lady and choco kisses from The Flo).
While you’re in the neighborhood don’t miss your chance to check out the celebrated Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), the Fort Greene institution Greenlight Books, or the newly opened Center for Fiction.
FAD’s Summer City Point Market is accessible by several major subway stations including DeKalb Avenue (B,D,N,Q,R), Hoyt Street (2,3), Nevins Street (4,5) and Hoyt-Schermorn (A,C,G).
As always, FAD Market is free and open to the public. Just RSVP here to let us know you’re coming!
