FAD Market is back at Empire Stores in Dumbo this December — and this year we’re bringing the holiday cheer seven days a week! From December 1–21, join us for a festive holiday shopping experience with rotating makers every weekend and a special mini weekday market, making it easier than ever to shop small in the heart of Dumbo.

Weekend Markets: Each Saturday and Sunday, explore a completely new lineup of 35+ talented makers, designers, and artisanal food brands. From jewelry and apparel to bath and body care, tableware, home décor, and handmade food items, our curated market is your destination for thoughtful gifts and one-of-a-kind stocking stuffers.

Weekday Mini Markets: Monday through Friday, December 1–19, stop by from 11am to 6pm to shop from a rotating roster of 12 makers — perfect for neighbors, commuters, or anyone who can’t make it on the weekends.

Located in the lobby of Empire Stores — home to Time Out Market, Cecconi’s, Dumbo House, and West Elm — this market makes for the perfect holiday outing. Come hungry and sample one of Time Out Market’s 20+ food vendors (think brisket from Bark Barbecue, Pad Kee Mao noodles from Wayla, or Clinton Street Bakery’s famous pancakes). Don’t forget to head up to the 5th floor rooftop for sweeping skyline views. While you’re in the neighborhood, explore Brooklyn Bridge Park, take a spin on Jane’s Carousel, and wander Dumbo’s cobblestone streets lined with historic architecture and public art.

This event is part of FAD Market’s Holiday Pop-up series, with concurrent markets at 51 Bergen Street in Boerum Hill and St. Paul in Cobble Hill. Across all three venues, you’ll find a brand-new roster of 150 makers every weekend, showcasing nearly 500 creative small businesses throughout the season.

FAD Market’s Holiday Pop-up in Dumbo at Empire Stores is accessible via the York Street (F), and High Street (A,C) subway stations as well as the NYC Ferry to Dumbo/Fulton Ferry. As always, FAD Market is free and open to the public. Pets are also welcome! RSVP to let us know you’re coming.
