Join us as we kickoff FAD Market’s 2025 season with over 35 talented makers, artisans and small businesses who live, work and/or create in Brooklyn at Dumbo’s Empire Stores for our Brooklyn Creates marketplace. Celebrating the creative energy of our favorite borough, Brooklyn Creates brings together the artists and entrepreneurs that help make our neighborhood one-of-a-kind.

Come for a curated selection of goods including handmade jewelry, apparel, body and skincare, tableware, and artisanal packaged food, and stay to explore the best of Dumbo, Vinegar Hill, and more. Now’s your chance to start spring off fresh with goods made right here.

Our Brooklyn Creates market is located in the lobby of Empire Stores, home to Time Out Market, Cecconi’s, Dumbo House, and West Elm. Come hungry so you can fill up at one of Time Out Market’s 20+ food vendors (we recommend Bark Barbecue's brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, Wayla's Pad Kee Mao noodles, and anything from Clinton Street Bakery). Don’t forget to check out the 5th floor rooftop views.

While you’re in the neighborhood, explore Brooklyn Bridge Park for the sweeping vistas, take a ride on Jane’s Carousel, explore the old architecture and cobblestone streets, and Dumbo Walls, outdoor murals scattered throughout the neighborhood. Dumbo has become one of the buzziest neighborhoods in New York. It is a hotbed of culture, commerce, and gastronomy.  

FAD Market’s Brooklyn Creates pop-up at Empire Stores is accessible via the York Street (F), and High Street (A,C) subway stations as well as the NYC Ferry to Dumbo/Fulton Ferry.
