SUMMER POP-UP

This summer, FAD Market continues its monthly pop-up series at Empire Stores in Dumbo with three seasonal editions in June, July, and August. Each month, we bring together a fresh lineup of over 35 talented makers, designers, and creative small entrepreneurs from New York and beyond.

Bring a friend and browse a curated selection of handmade jewelry, apparel, bath and body care, tableware, artisanal packaged food, and more — all set inside the industrial arcade of one of Dumbo’s most iconic buildings in the heart of Dumbo’s historic waterfront district.

Located on the ground floor of Empire Stores, the market is surrounded by neighborhood favorites like Time Out Market, Cecconi’s, ABC Kitchens, MOFAD (Museum of Food and Drink), West Elm, and Dumbo House. Come hungry and explore 20+ food vendors inside Time Out Market, then head up to the rooftop for some of the best views in the city.

After you shop, take time to explore Brooklyn Bridge Park, ride Jane’s Carousel, and wander through Dumbo’s cobblestone streets and public art. Whether you’re a local or visiting for the day, our summer pop-ups are a great way to experience one of New York’s most dynamic neighborhoods.

FAD Market’s Summer Pop-up at Empire Stores is accessible via the York Street (F), and High Street (A,C) subway stations as well as the NYC Ferry to Dumbo/Fulton Ferry.
