Thank you for your interest in becoming a participant and joining the FAD MARKET community of artists, designers, vintage, market and flea enthusiasts. We are here to help you promote your work and strengthen your brand as well as offer a unique and conveniently located venues like Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights.
Full booths at our Montague Street outdoor market are 10' x 10' and includes a 6’ x 30” table and one chair. The cost is $200/day. If you would like to upgrade to an 8’ x 30” table, there is an additional cost of $5.
Half Booth / Booth Share, half a 10’ x 10’ space, is $125/day and includes one 4’ x 30” table and one chair. If you apply with a fellow maker, please note the maker on your application. Everyone must complete an application form and be vetted by FAD Market. If you are applying independently, you will have a stand-alone half booth.
Tables, chairs, rolling racks, and hangers are available for rent at an additional cost.
Table (8’ x 30”) - $25.
Table (6' x 30") - $20.
Table (4' x 30") - $15.
Chair - $10.
Rolling Rack (66" L, Chrome Finish, on Wheels) - $35.
Hangers (40 pack) - $10
Tents: The market is nestled between buildings and will have direct sunlight at some point of the day. As the sun passes the street will be shaded by the buildings providing natural sunshade. You are welcome to bring your own tent. For full booths, tents must be 10’ x 10’ with WHITE canopies only. There are no exceptions. We will ask you to remove your tent should it be another color. Half booths must use a 5’ x 5’ tent with a white canopy. If you bring a 10’ x 10’ you may be asked to break it down or to share with another half booth vendor. Tents must be secured with proper weights. We do not have tents or sandbags for rent at this location.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Applications close on Sunday, April 27 at 11:59pm. Applicants for Open Streets on Montague will be notified of their status by May 2. If you’ve applied to any of our other summer markets, you can expect to hear from us by May 12.
