This Mother’s Day, FAD Market brings together over 35 independent designers, makers, and artisans at Dumbo’s Empire Stores. Shop handmade jewelry, apparel, body and skincare, tableware, and more—find the perfect gift for mom or spend the day together discovering one-of-a-kind finds.

Make it a full experience! Shop, grab a bite at Time Out Market, take in the views from the rooftop, and stroll through Brooklyn Bridge Park—all with the whole family.

Our Mother’s Day market is set in the lobby of Empire Stores, home to Time Out Market, Cecconi’s, Dumbo House, and West Elm. Come hungry and explore 20+ food vendors at Time Out Market—we recommend Bark Barbecue’s brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, Wayla’s Pad Kee Mao noodles, and anything from Clinton Street Bakery. Don’t forget to check out the 5th-floor rooftop views for a picture-perfect moment.

While you’re in the neighborhood, take a ride on Jane’s Carousel, explore the cobblestone streets and historic architecture, and check out the Dumbo Walls, an outdoor mural series scattered throughout the area. Dumbo has become one of NYC’s buzziest neighborhoods—a hub of culture, commerce, and gastronomy.

FAD Market’s Mother’s Day pop-up at Empire Stores is accessible via the York Street (F), and High Street (A,C) subway stations as well as the NYC Ferry to Dumbo/Fulton Ferry.
