FAD Market makes its Queens debut at MoMA PS1 for the museum’s 50th Anniversary Block Party, which coincides with the opening weekend of Greater New York 2026 — the museum’s signature survey of artists living and working in New York City today.
FAD Market will bring together a special lineup of 60+ local artists, makers, and creative entrepreneurs, including select artists featured in Greater New York 2026. The market brings together independent creators working across art, design, and craft, on the museum’s second floor.
The MoMA PS1 50th Anniversary Block Party is an all-day experience with family-friendly workshops and hands-on activities, inviting visitors of all ages to make art and explore interactive environments throughout the building. DJs take over the terrace, turning the courtyard and outdoor spaces into a place to gather, dance, and celebrate. Enjoy bites from Queens-based food vendors, browse the makers market, and spend time exploring the Greater New York exhibition inside the galleries.
FAD Market at MoMA PS1 is accessible via the 7, E, M, and G subway lines, as well as the B32, B62, and Q67 bus lines. Citi Bike docks and bike racks are available nearby, and the Hunters Point ferry terminal is just a 10-minute walk away.
As always, FAD Market is free and open to the public. RSVP to let us know you’re coming. Please note: only registered service animals on leash are permitted at MoMA PS1.
